St Joe Center Road Asphalt Overlay

St Joe Center Road from 700' West of Martin Luther Drive to Bridge. Work will consist of pavement patching, milling asphalt and concrete, concrete curb, concrete turnouts, routing and crack sealing, placement of geosynthetic paving interlayers, resurfacing, pavement markings, and restoration. The Bidder shall furnish all labor, insurance, equipment, materials and power for the complete performance of this project as follows: St Joe tenter Road from 700' West of Martin Luther Drive to Bridge. Work will consist of pavement patching, milling asphalt and concrete, concrete curb, milling sealing, placement of geosynthetic paving interlayers, resurfacing, pavement markings, and restoration all in accordance with the Bidding Documents and Drawing No. ST 0576A as prepared by Transportation Engineering Services for the City of Fort Wayne, Indiana. No bid will be accepted from, or contract awarded to any person, firm, or corporation that is in arrears to the City, upon any debt or contract, or, who has failed to execute, in whole or in part in a satisfactory manner, any contract with the City; or, who is a defaulter as to surety or otherwise, upon any obligation to the City. Vendors will be charged a fee of $25 to submit a bid electronically. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled time for receipt of bids for at least ninety (90) days to allow review of bids before announcing award of contract. The Board also reserves the right to waive any defect in any bid.
