Fy22 USACE Environmental Services for Evaluation of Dredged Material

Environmental services to provide evaluation of dredged material for placement suitability and assessment of dredged material effects to terrestrial, marine, estuarine, freshwater environments and related services to customers of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. The environmental services generally consist of collection of samples, performance and analysis of various complex laboratory analysis including bioassay, preparation of Section 103 Evaluation reports and Section 404 Clean Water Act reports. The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, materials, equipment, supplies, personnel, and all other services required to perform the environmental services outlined in this statement of work and as specifically identified within individual task orders. The services required by this contract will be provided for the customers of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Galveston District. This includes predominantly the states of Texas and Louisiana. However, work can be awarded for projects located outside of the geographical boundary at the specific request of a customer and in accordance with ER 5-1-10 (Corps-Wide Areas of Work Responsibility). The contractor may be required to perform tasks on-site or at their own facilities.
