Architectural and Engineering Services for Hilltop Needmore Town Park and Preserve Park Master Plan

Qualified architectural engineering firm to Provide the architectural and engineering services required. Professional services being requested include conducting public input and community informational meetings, employing data collection techniques to provide a representation of public demands, schematic designs and renderings which reflect the allocated budget and Town priorities for the property, all preliminary through construction drawings and specifications preparation, development of a project schedule, and estimation of construction costs requirements. Creation of a Master Plan for the development of the Hilltop Needmore Town Park and Preserve, located at 4621 Shady Greens Dr, Fuquay-Varina, NC 27526. The design project will consist of two (2) phases: 1. Phase #1 – Facilitate Public Input on Park Master Plan. Presentation of conceptual renderings and finalizing the preliminary construction design. Awarded firm will provide a preliminary design, including construction estimates, to the Town for approval. 2. Phase #2 - Creation of final design, construction plans, specifications, and a revised final cost estimate.
