Description

Demolition and site preparation, excavation and grading, storm drainage, utilities, and erosion control along Deloach Trail in the Hagley Area of Georgetown County. The work performed under this Contract shall include, but not be limited to: the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment and services, whether specifically mentioned or not, that are required to complete the Construction of the Work of the project. This project includes approx. 1,000 LF of asphalt roadway and approx. 1,230 LF of RCP storm drain line with 12 drainage structures. Utility work includes re-routing of 24’ of 4” DIP, 33’ of 6” DIP water main, relocation of an existing post hydrant, and 2 new sewer service lines. Existing driveways are to be removed and repaved with concrete to the r/w line. Existing signage, mailboxes and landscape materials should be removed, stored onsite and reinstalled.
