General Tree Services

Scope: The contractor will cut, remove and trim trees, stumps, and limbs from all HPHA properties, taking special care to protect public and private property and to not damage any utility lines in the process of cutting and removing the trees and limbs. The Contractor will maintain proper safety protocol and watchpersons to detour any traffic, to include foot and/or road traffic, during the cutting and removal of the trees and limbs during this contract. The contractor will obtain written permission from HPHA before any tree is cut down completely. The contractor must “top” the tree in an approved manner by HPHA. The contractor will provide all labor, tools, materials, trash disposal, and equipment as needed to complete the work stated at each address assigned per the scope of work.
