General Location. The project work is located 88 miles Southwest from Billings Montana in Big Horn and Carbon County. Approximate Global Positioning System (GPS) coordinates for the beginning of the project are 45 19'53.3"N 107 52'08.9"W. Project Limits. Signs have not been erected to identify the project limits. No Government personnel will be available for show-me tours. Security Gates. Part of Route 0010 is behind a security gate, and part of Route 0211 is behind another security gate. During construction, comply with the requirements of Subsection 107.01 when working within secured areas. Site visits within a secured area requires each person within the secured area possess a valid photo identification and be accompanied by a Governmentemployed escort.
