Renovation of a religious / funeral development in Davenport, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a religious / funeral development. The City of Davenport is requesting proposals to design, develop, implement and host the Adler Theatre and RiverCenter websites. The current websites can be found at www.AdlerTheatre.com and www.RiverCtr.com. Today, the beautifully restored 2,400 seat Adler Theatre continues to host celebrity headliners, Broadway greats, comedians, dance and symphony performances where the proud tradition of quality, live entertainment lives on. Originally built in 1983, the RiverCenter opened as a state-of-the-art convention center with an open industrial look. The original facility provided approximately 20,500 square feet of flexible meeting space. Ten years later, a feasibility study was conducted and it was determined that the RiverCenter would be expanded. The addition of the south building, a 49,000 square foot expansion, was completed in August 1994. A skywalk connected the two buildings.
