| Description | The contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, equipment, tools, materials (except refrigerant), instruments, meters, gauges, test equipment, transportation, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform scheduled inspections, preventative maintenance, annual winter maintenance, seasonal chiller start-up, plus routine and emergency repair services necessary to keep all installed Chilled Water Generation equipment listed in the PWS operational.
