Description

Remodel clubhouse and equipment installation. All appliances, prep tables and other equipment have been removed from the kitchen and will need to be replaced with new industrial grade equipment. The restrooms, banquet area and exterior are all in need of improvements. New kitchen equipment shall also be provided and installed in the remodel. The clubhouse kitchen is approximately 570 sq. ft, and the banquet room is approximately 4500 sq. ft. The existing wiring in the kitchen is a 3-phase system. Occupancy load for this building is 243.
