Description

The construction of a single Pump Station Pad located at Cross Timbers Golf Course. This will include the removal and replacement of the existing concrete slab, wet well, and intake flume. 1. Existing concrete slab is approximately 20'x15 with structure currently housing pump station. Removal of building and existing slab and replacement. Minimum requirements for new pad to fit pump station is 22'x 14' consisting of 1/2" rebar re-enforcement and a minimum of 6" thick. 2. Wet Well must consist of a minimum of 6' diameter x 17' depth and intake flume should consist of 100' of 24"(or larger) HDPE dual wall pipe or comparable. Intake capped w/ a minimum of 30"x30"x30" box intake screen consisting of SS or comparable 3. Building enclosure recommended to fit pad size and consist of R-13 insulation or equivalent, pump hatch, and adequate venting. 4. Installation of new pump station including but not limited to: Crane, Labor, Z-pipe connection, and electrical connection. 5. Installation will be completed as specified in the Timing/Schedule section of this RFP.
