| Description | bid date has been extended from 9/7/22 to 9/14/22 Pierce County's County Road Project (CRP) 5498 Canyon Road East Northerly Extension project will construct a grade separated crossing of State Route 167 (SR 167) (River Road East), the Puyallup River and North Levee Road East to connect 52nd Street East to 70th Avenue East. The project will construct two bridges, one over Clarks Creek and one over the Puyallup River. The project will remove the existing Milroy Bridge crossing of the Puyallup River at the 66th Avenue East intersection with River Road East (SR 167) on the south side of the Puyallup River and North Levee Road East on the north side of the Puyallup River. The objective of the work is to obtain the necessary property rights following all applicable federal, state, local and county laws, rules, regulations, policies and procedures and obtain WSDOT certification of the project. The Consultant shall provide acquisition services, relocation assistance and advisory services, appraisal and appraisal review services using procedures specified by Pierce County (County) and in accordance with The Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisitions Policies Act of 1970, as amended (The Uniform Act), and the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) Right of Way manual. |
