All labor, equipment, tools, materials and supplies, etc., required for the installation to provide materials, labor, tools, supplies, equipment, and necessary supervision to perform a design-build project to replace the four (4) wooden columns and one (1) aluminum downspout at the Open Storage Building at the Dept. of Public Works, 800 Rabbitt Road, Gaithersburg, MD 20878.
