Muskie Parking Lot Paving

Small Business Firms - contactor will be responsible to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to mill 2" of approximately 88,000 SF of asphalt surface and repave the same. The project also consists of the removal of an island (140' x 4') in the upper west corner of the lot. This island contains concrete curbing with asphalt. After removal, the contractor shall install asphalt to meet existing parking lot surfaces. All paving areas require the milling of 2" from the existing surfaces, tack all milled surfaces, and repave with 9.5 or 12.5mm mix. After the paving has set, proceed with painting the lot that includes 2 handicap slots and approximately 200 regular vehicle slots. The project will include Option 1 for the repairs and or replacement of the damaged concrete curbing around two islands. All work shall comply with materials, workmanship, and other applicable specifications of Maine DOT (MDOT) for asphalt paving.
