Telulah Park Pavilion Alterations - 2022

Base Bid Work at the Small (east) Pavilion consists of new concrete paving, remodeling of the existing Men and Women Restroom facilities and adding a Family Restroom (including new floor coating, paint, fixtures and accessories), upgrading the exterior drinking fountains, new exterior doors and frames, new metal vented soffits, new paint and coatings over the existing CMU, new exhaust and vents and new lighting and exterior receptacles. Alternate Bid Work at the Large (west) Pavilion consists of 1) Exterior staining and painting, 2) new concrete paving, ADA-compliant grill and upgrading the exterior drinking fountains, and 3) remodeling of existing kitchen including new coiling counter doors, new lighting, floor coating and painting
