| Description | The intent of this solicitation is to select a provider of Hot Mix Asphaltic Concrete products at a per ton price. The Hot Mix Asphaltic Concrete products shall be purchased and picked up F.O.B Origin by the COUNTY from the successful bidder on an as needed basis. It is to be understood by the bidder that no warranty is given or implied as to the quantities that will be purchased daily. The Contractor shall provide to the County all necessary materials, expertise and equipment to supply Hot Mix Asphaltic Concrete products; meeting or exceeding the specification in this contract.
