| Description | Fairmont State is requesting bids that include the labor, material, taxes, equipment, and tools for the roof renovations of both Hardway Hall and Hunt Haught Hall Buildings. Hardway Hall - The work includes approximately 22,200 square feet of roof renewals, and not limited to, demolition of the existing roof system, insulation, metal flashing, blocking, masonry chimneys and installation of a new roofing system including tapered insulation and drainage improvements. Hunt Haught Hall - The work includes approximately 14, 225 square feet of roof renewals for main roof and lower roof/canopy, and not limited to, demolition of the existing roofing system insulation, metal flashing, blocking, walk pads, painting of pipe handrails and installation of a new roofing system including tapered insulation and drainage improvements. 1. A replacement for HVAC exhaust fan covers are being requested under Alternate #1.of 17:1 and an average class size of 22 |
