Buildings N, P and C Air Tempering - GPC

In general the work consists of the installation of rooftop DX condensing units and necessary structural supports on individual buildings and the installation of DX cooling coils within the existing air handling units serving Buildings “N”, “P”, and the gym of “C”. The existing electrical power supply will be modified to provide power to the new DX condensing units. All new equipment to be controlled by a direct digital control (DDC) system. Each of the modified air handling system will be converted from constant volume to a variable air volume (VAV) type system, with a VAV damper terminal installed at each existing reheat coil, replacement of the existing variable frequency drives, and updated temperature controls.
