Description

Bay County is seeking statements of qualifications from firms to provide Architectural and Engineering (A&E) services for the design of the SABRE Event Center to be constructed adjacent to the Western Region Resiliency Center at the Panama City Beach Sports Complex on Chip Seal Parkway. The scope of work includes but is not limited to design of an approximately 17,000 square feet Event Center and supporting exterior improvements that will expand the conference, collaboration, and support capabilities of the venues located on the grounds of the Panama City Beach Sports Complex. Awarded firm may be required to work in conjunction with a separate firm that may be designing the Western Region Resiliency Center, a 100,000 square foot building within the Sports Complex located at 50 Chip Seal Parkway, Panama City Beach, FL 32407
