2022 Gloucester County Parking Lot Striping and Guide Rail Maintenance Project

Each Bid must be signed in ink by an authorized representative of the company, and be delivered at the place and on the hour named above. If mailed, the sealed bid envelop must be within an outer mailing envelope, and be received at the Office of the County Purchasing Agent prior to the hour named above. The Purchasing Agent or The Board of County Commissioners, reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any irregularities and to award the contract to the bidder whose proposal is best suited to the County's requirements. Any bid obviously unbalanced may be rejected. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27, laws against discrimination because of race, religion, sex, color, etc. All bidders are hereby notified that compliance with the New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act (Chapter 150, Law of 1963) and/or County of Gloucester rules and regulations that are applicable to this project will be required of any contract awarded.
