| Description | A six year examination, replace parts listed and examination of dip tubes weld and replace as needed. Extinguishers will be full of 150lbs of halon and nitrogen pressure to 200 psi upon hand over to vendor and returned full of halon and nitrogen. 2.1 Transfer halon from unit for examination 2.2 Rebuild valve assembly with new valve stem, O-rings and spring. 2.3 Replace o-rings on discharge hose. 2.4 Inspect dip tube according to TCTO 13F4-4-501 and replace ones with defected welds. |
