Description | Contract Award Date: Jul 29, 2022 Contract Award Number: W912PM22C0010 Task/Delivery Order Number: Contractor Awarded Unique Entity ID: ZHNRNJRXX3K3 Contractor Awarded Name: TREND CONSTRUCTION INC Contractor Awarded Address: Orlando, FL 32826-4703 USA Base and All Options Value (Total Contract Value): $512413.10 The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Wilmington District requires a contract for the William O. Huske Lock and Dam Esplanade Repair located in Bladen County, North Carolina. The project consists of removing, regrading, and replacing a portion of the existing concrete esplanade within the limits shown on the contract drawings. The replaced portion of the esplanade will be graded to drain to the concrete spillway located at the southern portion of the esplanade. The existing drop inlet and Corrugated Metal Pipe (CMP) will be cut below the finished ground line and grouted full. The work shall also consist of grout injecting the joints between the retaining wall and lock wall locations shown in the contract drawings. Riprap shall be placed over the existing riprap on the downstream portion of the lock down to the normal pool elevation. This solicitation is unrestricted. The contract issued will be Firm Fixed Price. The Magnitude of Construction of this project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. This solicitation will be issued in electronic format only and will be available on or about 03 June 2022. The bid opening date will be specified in the solicitation when it is issued. No additional media (CD-ROM, floppy disks, facsimiles, etc.) will be provided. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be available. Other methods of requesting a package will not be honored. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 237990 - Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction and the size standard is $39,500,000.00.
