Water Tank, Access Road and Meter Vault Improvements consisting of replacement of 6-inch gate vale on tank inlet/outlet pipe, perform pressure test on existing 6-inch and 4-inch steel tank lines, remove and reinstall bolted steel tank sidewall panels for access to inside the tank, remove and dispose of original bolted steel tank bottom plates, furnish and install new glass fused bolted steel tank bottom plates on top of 1/2-inch fiber board with connection to existing 4-inch and 6-inch pipe penetrations, remove existing material underneath the tank floor plates inside the concrete ring wall foundation with replacement of 1-footthick structural fill, install 8-inch thick by 20-foot diameter concrete slab inside the existing concrete ring wall foundation system, furnish and install two dual check valve assemblies in existing meter vault, install Owner furnished 18-inch CMP culvert pipe at two locations on the access road to the water storage tank, perform grading along approximately 675 feet of the access road ditch, and undertake grading improvements around the water storage tank foundation site
