Carpet/Flooring Replacement on the 3rd, 4th & 5th Floors Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania Pennsylvania Judicial Center. The project includes the interior construction for miscellaneous renovations for the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania, and to provide the following: 1. Removal of existing carpet and VCT. 2.
