Description

Provide all resources necessary to perform boiler tune-up services and inspections for approximately 87 boilers, with small boiler tune-ups to included adjustments in order to optimize combustion efficiency of the the unit. Work to be beformed is based on our task list. Most boilers are cast iron sectional. All repairs above the quoted task list price must be submitted by a written quote. Any major or critical repairs must be reported to the Preventative Maintenance supervisor immediately for immediate action
