Description

Design services: This project will address building envelope repairs that will include flashing, conductor heads, downspouts, brick tuck-pointing, damaged brick and precast stone replacement, parapet and coping repairs, masonry cleaning, masonry sealing, masonry EJ's, sealant joint replacements at all masonry locations, new windows, new exterior doors, new exterior store front systems, and roof system replacements. Removal of this moisture intrusion will prohibit possible mold growth and will allow for proper building envelope insulation. Design scope applies to varying degrees by building.
