Hot Water Supply Repair

1) Replace the 5” supply line under hot water tank 1 with a new 5” 90-degree elbow and flanges; 2) Replace the existing steam control on tank #1 with a 2” powers DB200H-C15D105 threaded steam valve with range from 110-175 degree; 3) Replace the two (2) 5” supply lines with new 5” x 4” threaded flanges, reducing it after the check valves to 4” Type L copper using pro-press fittings with new 4” butterfly valves to isolate lines going to mixing valves; 4) Replace all 2” copper piping going to scald guard/ mixing valve using pro-press fittings; 5) Replace two (2) existing scald guard/mixing valves with two (2) Caleffi “CLF600064A, Caleffi 6000 Electric Mixing Vlv 2” (Using Pro-press method of connecting); 6) Insulate all primary supply lines with required insulation; 7) Test all connections to confirm proper operation of hot water system.
