This demolition is intended to avoidnuisance activity and prepare for redevelopment. Contractor willneed to complete an asbestos abatement and inspection report. Contractor shall demolish and remove all above and below ground debris and appurtenances including but not limited to; the main structure and/or any detached structures, all basements, footings, foundations, floors, porches, private sidewalks and debris of any kind. Contractor shall decommission septic tank and fillin.
