Tommy Lee Cook Road and Alpine Way Storm Drain Replacement project

As of July 28, 2022, project was awarded to Wilson Construction Management LLC, awarded amount is $335,197.20. The Project consists of furnishing all materials, labor, and equipment for the replacement of an existing storm drain system that runs along Tommy Lee Cook Road at the intersection with Alpine Way in the City of Palmetto, Georgia. Work required for the project includes, but is not limited to, full depth asphalt pavement construction, asphalt pavement overlay, asphalt mill and inlay, storm drain system placement and construction, curb and gutter, concrete driveway, concrete pavement widening, signing, and marking, erosion control, traffic control, utility coordination, and sanitary sewer relocation and installation. All materials and workmanship shall meet or exceed Georgia Department of Transportation Construction Standards and Specifications and comply with all State, Federal, and local regulations, and ordinances. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract A Pre-Bid Conference will not be conducted at this time
