HVAC Renovation for Wright Elementary School

A. Project Description: Project consists of mechanical unit replacement with associ-ated architectural and electrical modifications required for the replacement of in-dicated units. B. Construction Contract: Bids will be received for the following Work:1. General Contract (all trades). Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of [5] percent of thebid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of (60] days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Bidders shall begin the Work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed (est. January 31, 2023) and shall complete the Work prior to December 31, 2023. Bidder shall submit with the bid form an estimated material procurement timeline along with an estimated construction timeline. Bidder shall be advised all work shall be accomplished during non-school hours, weekends, and school holidays.
