| Description | Provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, licensed-supervision, manpower and all incidentals required to service all locations and features specified; in accordance with the following specifications: A. Provide Professional Services YGGEGEto provide Plumbing Maintenance, on an as-needed basis, to include (but not limited to): 1. Video Services for Sanitary Lines, 4” and larger. 2. Clogged Sanitary Lines, 4” and larger. 3. Leak Detection Services. 4. Flow Prevention Inspection Services, for approximately seventy-five (75) Park Facilities. B. Provide as-needed Scheduled Maintenance Services during Business Hours (7AM to 6PM, Monday through Friday). C. Respond to Emergency Requests outside of Business Hours, within specified timeframe. D. Comply with all Federal, State and Local Regulations regarding licenses, permits, and certifications. |
