1,700 SF masonry/precast commons addition to the existing elementary school. Trash and dumpsters - Dumpsters will be provided by Hoffman, but all trade contractors are responsible for cleaning up after themselves Fire Stopping - Each trade is responsible for all fire stopping and caulking through any rated walls that they penetrate. Safety - Hoffman will enforce but all safety remains the full responsibility of each contractor and supplier. Each contractor is responsible for protection all adjacent surfaces, and existing finishes to remain. Each contractor to provide penetrations for their work and patching with the same. Contractor to provide equipment and labor to complete demolition as shown on sheet AE-101 notes 1, 2, 4, and 5 Contractor is responsible for all footings, foundations, piers, slabs, and all associate components. Coordinate floor drains, cleanouts, electrical boxes etc with the associated trades Contractor responsible for supply and install of all below grade insulation as shown Contractor is responsible for supply and install of the precast plank as shown on the drawings
