Asbestos Testing and Monitoring

testing asbestos in the floor tile, associated mastic adhesive, other asbestos containing materials (ACM), and microbial air sampling at Rutherford County Schools. Proposal shall include air monitor testing during removal (abatement) of the tile as required by law, develop specifications as required for the abatement, including placing an Industrial Hygiene Technician at the project sites to perform air monitoring and oversee the asbestos abatement and microbial activities, perform daily air monitoring, visual inspection and air clearances. The bid awarded shall run for a period of twelve months with four options to renew annually for an additional twelve-month period under the same terms and conditions upon mutual agreement by both parties. However, in no event shall the contract term exceed a total of sixty (60) months.
