1.) Removal of two existing DMS sites on existing truss structures to remain 2.) Removal of three existing RWIS sites and existing lattice structures 3.) Installation of two new DMS sites on existing truss structures 4.) Installation of a new DMS site on a new truss to replace a sign formerly located near the IL/WI border 5.) Installation of two RWIS sites with 2-pole layouts for monitoring bi-direction lanes of travel 6.) Installation of one single-pole RWIS site for monitoring unidirectional lanes of travel 7.) Design for the rehabilitation and preservation of 13 additional CCTV and MVDS elements 8.) Installation of new ITS device enclosures, poles, and foundations 9.) Installation of new frame mounted disconnect switches 10.) Installation of new conduit and fiber optic cable 11.) Site restoration and other associated work 12.) Maintenance of traffic
