Resins for Per Fluorinated Treatment System

The purpose of this bid is to seek qualified licensed general contractors to provide all Equipment, Materials and Labor to install DOWEX™ PSR2 Plus Resin and GAC - Calgon Filtrasorb 400, AV1240 LDX GAC, used in connection with PFAS removal at the City’s Water Treatment Facility, (NO OTHER RESINS WILL BE CONSIDERED). All resins must meet NSF-61 for treatment of potable water treatment systems approved for drinking water. The contractor must flush and disinfect the vessels after the resin has been placed in the vessels in accordance with ANSI/AWWA C653 Standards For Disinfecting Water Treatment Plants. Bacterilogical sampling results must be received prior to placing the vessels back in service. The Contractor should be familiar with the location of the vessels that the resins will be installed at the Citys water Treatment Facility.
