Description

Reconstruct five residential streets, including East Everest Avenue, Robin Street, Douglas Lane, Kirk Street, Randy Jay Street, and Rodney Street, in the Village limits between Camp Philips Road (CTH X), East Jelinek Avenue and Barbican Avenue. The project includes removal of asbestos cement (AC) water main and laterals within the right of way, curb stops, water valves, hydrants, sanitary sewer AC pipe, concrete manholes and castings, driveway culverts, roadway pavement, base aggregate, sidewalk, curb and gutter, trees and will require temporary supply. Improvement associated with teh project will include water main, laterals, bends, valves, hydrants, sanitary sewer and manholes, concrete driveway aprons, sidewalk, concrete shoulder, asphaltic pavement, drainage swales, pedestrian-related pavement marking, permanent signing, landscaping and restoration. An erosion control implementation plan (ECIP) will be required and erosion control will be properly maintained.
