The Location of the project is: Providence VAMC 830 Chalkstone Avenue Providence, RI 02908 The VAAR Construction Magnitude for this project is between $10,000,000 and $20,000,000. A Bid Guarantee, Standard Form 24 (SF 24), is required in an amount not less than 20 percent of the proposal price but shall not exceed $3,000,000. The offeror to whom award is made will be required to furnish two bonds. A Payment Bond shall be provided on Standard Form 25A (SF 25A) and a Performance Bond shall be provided on Standard Form 25 (SF 25).
