| Description | The scope of work includes the removal and installation of roofing materials on the farmhouse at the Historic Wagner Farm facility. Award to the successful bidder will be made within sixty (60) days. The successful bidder will be required to comply with all laws, statutes, regulations, ordinances, rulings, or enactments of any governmental authority which are applicable to the work or the project. The successful bidder shall pay Cook County, IL, Prevailing Wages and shall utilize equal opportunity hiring practices. Bidders are required to use the proposal form supplied with the specifications. All proposals must be enclosed in a sealed envelope and marked on the outside.
