While bidders are expected to make their own calculations, it appears the area will involve approximately 13,600 +/- Sq. Ft. Contractor will be required to laser grade the dirt area around the District's new Chemical Storage Shed for proper run-off and to add material as needed, creating a stable base and compacting the same before applying 2" of base layer and 1.5 " of finish layer. Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
