White Oak Bar Screen Installation Project

The scope of this project is to install owner furnished equipment consisting of two (2) Automatic Cleaning Mechanical Bar Screens, one (1 ) Automatic Screenings Screw Conveyor, and associated control panel(s) for the White Oak Bayou Water Reclamation Facility. Also in the scope is to furnish and install wastewater isolation gates. Equipment arrival is approximately in the September timeframe. Proposals will be considered based on cost, lead time, and past performance in supplying similar equipment. A bid bond at the amount of five (5) percent of bid proposal shall be submitted with the bid proposal. No Bidder may withdraw their bid within 60 days after the actual date of opening thereof. North Little Rock Wastewater reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities and to accept the proposal deemed to be for their best interest.
