Geraldine D. Humphreys Cultural Center Exterior Repair Project

Scope of Work: The work shall consist of exterior repairs to the Geraldine D. Humphreys Cultural Center in Liberty, Texas, and will generally include roof replacement, skylight replacement, CMU exterior wall repairs, window repairs, sealant replacement, etc. Associated repairs to the interior spaces are also to be performed, which will generally include replacement of select interior finishes and flooring.
