Paving and Sidewalk Installation on Windham Street Extension

The Town of Windham is seeking contractors to complete roadway reconstruction of Windham Street Extension and install sidewalk on the western side of the road. The proposed work includes the following: A. Saw cutting and removing several existing concrete aprons and walkways as shown on CD's. B. Excavating areas for installation of new monolithic concrete walkways / curbing. C. Milling, grading, compacting, and paving Windham Street Extension. D. The entire work provided for in these technical specifications and on the drawings shall be constructed and finished in every respect in a good workmanlike and substantial manner. It is not intended that the drawings show every detail, piece of material or equipment, but such parts and pieces as may be in accordance with the best practices and regulatory requirements, even though not shown, shall be furnished and installed. All materials and equipment shall be new unless specifically stated otherwise in these Specifications.
