The Village reserves the right to exercise its discretion, to waive minor informalities in any response; to reject any or all responses with or without cause; or to accept the response that in its judgment will be in the best interest of the Village. Further, the Village, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to separately quote any project that is outside the scope of this solicitation, whether through size, complexity, or dollar value. Each respondent must examine the solicitation documents and judge all matters relating to the adequacy and accuracy of such documents. Any inquiries, suggestions, or requests concerning interpretation, clarification or additional information pertaining to the solicitation must be made in writing, submitted at least eight (8) calendar days prior to the date when the response is due.
