South Geneva Drive and Palmer Drive Pavement Resurfacing and Widening (Including Storm Drainage) . The project is located on South Geneva Drive and Palmer Drive in Geneva-On-The-Lake, Ohio. BASE BID: $250,000.00 ALTERNATE: $25,000.00 COMPLETION DATE: MAY 25, 2023 The bidder shall be responsible to check for Addenda and obtain same from the web site. All contractors and subcontractors involved with the project will to the extent practicable use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor in the implementation of their project. Additionally, contractor compliance with the equal employment opportunity requirements of Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 123 is required. A. Base Bid - The project consists of pipe removal, storm sewer, storm sewer cleaning, rock channel protection, pavement widening, pavement planning (variable depth profile milling for crown and flow in gutter line), asphalt intermediate and surface courses, erosion control (silt fence and rock check dams), new guard rail w/wood posts, and restoration. The existing guard rail and steel posts on the concrete wall will be removed by the Owner. B. Alternate A - Removal of twin 21" culverts and installation of twin 24" culverts.
