Description

The City is requesting consulting services from a qualified engineering/consulting firm with the goal of evaluating the condition of existing standby generators, automatic transfer switches, and associated equipment. Services shall include, but is not limited to, a comprehensive assessment of the current standby generator systems and generator system components, transfer switches, fuel storage, and generator room building systems such as heating and ventilation where applicable. The assessment must provide a conclusion regarding the probable expected remaining lifespan of standby generator systems and major components including ‘Accepted Best Practices’ recommendations based on the assessment results.
