The selected firm will be required to provide Environmental Documentation, all Permits, Topographic Survey, Geotechnical Investigation, Pavement Design, Utility Coordination, Design and Plans including Right-of-Way plan development/Title Research, and Construction Phase Services. A traffic management plan is required. Additional services may also be required, such as Wetland Mitigation, Archaeological Investigations and/or Historical/Architectural Investigations. The selected consultants fee proposal shall be due 45 calendar days after the selection date for this RFP item.
