| Description | Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, supplies and supervision to evaluate the new Chiller configuration to determine if it will fit into the existing mechanical room. If not, the Designer of Responsibility will expand the mechanical room or replace the existing air handler in the mechanical room to the roof as required. The Designer will also design an extension of the primary chilled water line to a point outside the building to allow the hookup of a rental chiller.
