Turkey Fork Lake Day Use and Bathhouse Painting and Roof Repairs

The contractor shall provide all materials and labor necessary to repair the leaking roof and painting the interior and exterior building at the Chickasawhay Ranger District. The USDA Forest Service, Chickasawhay Ranger District is seeking contract action to conduct a few deferred maintenance work items on the Bathhouses located at the Day Use Area and Campground at Turkey Fork Lake Recreation Area. Turkey Fork Lake Recreation Area is located near Sandhill, MS in Greene County. The contractor will be responsible for each bathhouse cleaning the interior and exterior with a pressure washer, caulking interior and exterior windows and doors, paint interior and exterior including window/door frames, doors, walls, ceiling, soffit and facia. Contractor will also be responsible for identifying and repairing leaks in the roof. The contractor will be responsible for providing all materials, labor, equipment, tools, transportation, permits, licenses, supervision, expertise, and other incidentals necessary to successfully complete this project. The Campground bathhouse is approximately 400sf and the Day Use Bathhouse is approximately 709 sf. Contractor is responsible for securing their own measurements for bidding purposes. Water and electrical are available on site for contractor use.
