| Description | The VA Northern Indiana Health Care System (NIHCS) has a requirement for grounds maintenance services to include snow and ice removal and lawn care services at the Fort Wayne, Indiana campus. a) Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, vehicles, transportation, chemicals and other items and services necessary to ensure that grounds maintenance is performed at the NIHCS – Fort Wayne campus in a manner that will maintain healthy grass, trees, shrubs, plants, and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance. Snow and Ice removal services shall be performed in a manner that provides a safe and satisfactory environment. |
