Description

(MS12121615) B22-041 This project consists of furnishing all required materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and plant to perform all necessary labor for the construction of Concrete Paving Reconstruction Project for Blackwelder Avenue from 2nd Street to Ayers Street. The work shall be done in accordance with plans and specifications on file in the City Engineers Office. There will not be a Pre-Bid Meeting. All inquiries need to be made through the Purchasing Manager before 3:00 p.m. on June 7, 2022 in case an Addendum is necessary. The City of Edmond Purchasing Department is the only authorized source of bid documents. Documents obtained from any other source may be incomplete. All bids shall be submitted using the online bidding system. Bidders are required to register as a supplier to bid and enable receipt of any necessary addenda or correspondence. Bids submitted more than ninety-six (96) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, before the time set for opening the bids, as well as bids submitted after the time set for receipt of bids, WILL NOT be considered. The bid bond should be submitted online at the time of online bid submission closing date and time. Each bid submitted is a legal offer and when accepted by the City, constitutes a FIRM AND BINDING CONTRACT. The City reserves the right to REJECT ANY or ALL BIDS. The City of Edmond reserves the unconditional right to cancel all or any portion of this project within thirty (30) days from the date of opening of bids, for any reason and at its sole discretion. By submitting a bid for services, the bidder certifies that they, and any proposed subcontractors, are in compliance with 25 O.S. 1313 and participate in the Status Verification System. o complete the work by within 120 Calendar Days
