The undersigned Bidder, having been familiarized with the specification and the Bid documents as prepared by the Albany Water Board and on file in the Office of the Board of Contract and Supply of the City of Albany, New York, hereby proposes to provide the following information in accordance with the Bid Documents, within the Contract Time, for the following bid prices. All bidders are advised that the quantity estimates provided below for each material are projections and are in no way guarantees of anticipated volume. These estimates are intended for bid evaluation purposes only. The estimates below represent the most frequently used items and are based on a two year average between 2021 and to date 2022. Items showing no usage over the two year period does not mean these items wouldn't be used in the future. Materials will be ordered as needed, based on the pricing provided. Prices shall include delivery charges to the designated work sites within the City of Albany. Submit one unit price per line on this sheet. BID DEPOSIT: A Bid Deposit of 5% of the amount of the total bid, or five thousand dollars ($5,000), is required. Submit a certified check or bank draft made payable to Treasurer, City of Albany. A bid bond is acceptable.
